I haven't always felt like I was thriving...I felt like I was living in "survival mode" for so many years. As a mom of 5 boys, a wife for 15 years, and someone who has experienced severe depression and many of life's challenges, I have been in the perfect position to deeply desire answers about how to move forward and to turn my STRUGGLE and CHAOS into SUCCESS and PROSPERITY, As I learned to let go of the heavy, hurtful past and even the mindset that was creating struggle in my life I was able to find the happiness I was seeking and I learned to ARISE and THRIVE in life!

I am a mentor, life coach, energy worker, presenter and a most of all I can now say that I am a LOVER OF LIFE. I am a teacher by heart and I do have a bachelor's degree in teaching but my love is mentoring and teaching others to have forward movement in their lives and to learn how to create the life they desire.
By learning to effectively shift your mindset in positive ways, apply techniques and tools that work, and receive the support you desire you can also change your results and allow positivity, abundance and happiness to flow into your life.
